DPD is our standard delivery service. Most UK orders will be sent via DPD, although we use Royal Mail in some outlying regions of the UK.
DPD will provide you with a one hour delivery window so you don't have to wait in all day for your parcels - if you enter your mobile number at checkout, they'll keep you updated by SMS.
All UK orders received before 4pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day as standard. Saturday delivery is available in some areas.

You can return or exchange any goods bought from us within 14 days of receiving them.
We recommend the Collect+ returns service, so you can drop your parcel off at one of over 5000 shops nationwide. You can also send items back via the Post Office.
There is no delivery charge on exchanges.
