UK Delivery Information

Here at Brown Bag Clothing, we know that offering the best range of designer menswear and a great website experience is only part of the service. We aim to make sure your product arrives when expected, with the minimum of fuss.

For UK orders, we have 3 main delivery methods:

STANDARD DELIVERY (2-4 DAYS)

Orders to most of the UK mainland are dispatched by Hermes. Orders placed before 7pm will usually be processed that day and delivered in 2 to 4 working days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday. Deliveries to some remote areas and all offshore areas of the UK are sent by Royal Mail Tracked. Please note that Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays. Click here for Royal Mail delivery areas.

This option is £4.95 and available on all orders under £150.

You will be kept up to date about the progress of your delivery by email and/or text notifications.

If you have not received your parcel within 10 working days, please contact our Customer Services team.

Orders over £75 receive free UK standard delivery. Orders over £150 are automatically upgraded to next day delivery for insurance reasons.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Orders to most of the UK mainland are sent by either Hermes or DPD. This option is £5.95. You should receive your order on the next day if placed before 7pm on weekdays and 5pm at weekends. Please use the following table to help:

Our team do not work Bank Holidays, so orders placed on a holiday are sent the next working day. Deliveries to some remote areas and all offshore areas of the UK are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note that Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays and cut off for next day delivery with Royal Mail is 4pm. Click here for Royal Mail delivery areas.

Orders over £150 receive free next day delivery.

CLICK & COLLECT

Select Click & Collect at checkout and pick-up at your convenience from your nearest local shop. Over 4,000 collect points are evailable in the UK. Never miss a delivery again!

International Delivery Methods

We use a variety of services to deliver internationally. See below to check which service we use to delivery to your country.

For overseas orders, we will dispatch your goods by airmail once we have bank authorisation (which can take up to 72 hours).

Please note that deliveries to certain international destinations may be subject to additional charges, if the order contains a large number of items. If this is applicable to your order, our customer service team will contact you.

EU Delivery

Delivery usually takes between 2 and 5 working days from dispatch for most EU countries, but please allow up to 10 working days.

Worldwide Delivery

Delivery usually takes between 5 and 7 working days from dispatch for United States, Canada, Japan and Australia/New Zealand, but please allow up to 15 working days.
